1826 Metzler Parlour Guitar - made by Vogel

Pictures of the guitar as it came in and after repair.
It has an inscription written in pencil just below the bridge on the inside (that we think says)
C G Vogel in Plauen im Voigtland in Sachsen
          607 Guittarm 1826

So it was made in Plauen in Vogtland, Saxony, Germany and was retailed by Metzler & Son of 105 Wardour Street, London.
Unusually it has bone frets
1826 Metzler Parlour Guitar Label
